Mastiff / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Apache the Dog needs a home

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Meet Apache :
Apache is a three year old shepherd mix whose owners left behind when they moved. Apache is a very big, strong dog who has learned to walk nicely wearing a Gentle Leader and loves going on long walks with his foster mom. A nice fenced yard would let him run around and safely burn off some energy! Apache is happy to meet new people and loves those who show him attention and kindness. He has lived inside a home before and is sure to make a loyal, loving companion for the right family.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dentals and major surgeries.
